Titles to Watch For NEXT WEEK: August 2-8, 2015

In this day and age, many readers are often already aware of and eagerly anticipating the next book from their favorite (or soon to be favorite) author. They may avidly check an author's website, follow a blog, or subscribe to a publisher's e-Newsletter. What readers may not be aware of is that most new book releases occur on Tuesday.

In previous 'Titles to Watch For' postings, I highlighted titles on Monday which would be coming out the very next day. After taking a break and giving it further consideration, I thought it might be more useful to spotlight titles due to hit shelves the following week.  
  •  This will be helpful for collection development too because I will be checking reserves to see if more copies are needed to meet customer demand. :-)
In that vein, here are a few titles coming out next Tuesday:

ADULT FICTION

With The Marriage of Opposites, Alice Hoffman offers a fictional biography of French painter Camille Pissarro, the "father of impressionism"





For fans of urban fantasy comes Magic Shifts by Ilona Andrews, #8 in the 'Kate Daniels' series





Readers of suspense and thriller novels may enjoy Karen Robards' The Last Time I Saw Her, the newest 'Charlotte Stone' title or Protocol Zero by James Abel (sequel to White Plague) or

And not to forget the mystery reader, there is Malice at the Palace newest title in Rhys Bowen's 'Her Royal Spyness' series



ADULT NONFICTION:

College football fans may be interested in Monte Burke's new biography Saban: the Making of a Coachabout the University of Alabama's Nick Saban
